The staff were very generous and flexible. It was based in nice building in a perfect and absolutely incredible location, in the Cairo area.

The whole building was fairly clean and had a special atmosphere. We got excellent services and spotless and brand-new room with the view. The staff was fantastic friendly, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Also, location was amazing and favourable, at a medium distance from Giza Necropolis. I was in awe of the breathtaking view of the pyramids from my room at Panorama View Pyramids. It was an unforgettable experience to wake up to such an iconic sight. The rooftop restaurant also provided a panoramic view of the pyramids, which enhanced the dining experience. The food served was delicious and satisfying. The staff, particularly Ola at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and promptly addressed any issues I had. The hotel also had convenient facilities such as car and driver services, as well as tour arrangements. Despite some noise from the local camel and horse ride operators in the area, the overall stay was pleasant. The only drawback was the distance from Cairo, but this was well worth it for the incredible view. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the pyramids.
